This time, he wasn't asking a question. This time, Mikey kissed back. It was beginning a push-and-pull that would keep them distracted for the rest of the movie, sliding their lips together and feeling each other up, mapping out every detail in each other's bodies (as bassists do when left to their own devices).
Patrick would argue that making out was not what band members do in their free-time, but Pete would definitely bring up exhibit A, arguably the only needed evidence: Frank Iero and Gerard Way. So, suck it, Patrick, but this was what band members do when left by themselves.
Pete didn't learn much about himself from his second kiss with Mikey Way, except for that he was probably, maybe, sorta gay. But, strictly above the waist; kissing Mikey felt nice, even if that was as simple and as boring as Pete would have described it.
