    Clint can pick anyone’s pocket without them ever noticing until he’s long gone--at least that’s what he tells Kate, his young protege. It’s something he learned in his misbegotten youth as a carnie. So, as is their usual custom, one night Kate picks out a random guy (aka Bucky) for Clint to steal from but things don’t exactly go as planned. In fact, it’s the first time since he was a kid that he’s been caught. Determined to prove himself (and not get caught this time) he keeps on trying to steal Bucky’s wallet. Too bad things never seem to go quite according to plan, but all's well that ends well, right?

    “So, this looks bad. But I swear I wasn’t trying to steal from you, you just have a great ass” Clint says and immediately starts mentally kicking his own ass. Now, not only has he come off as an inept thief but he’s also that creepy guy that feels random attractive strangers up at bars.

    Summary

    After a mission in Mexico goes wrong, SHIELD Agents Barnes and Rogers are given the job of hunting down the notorious Hawkeye and the Black Widow, the only problem being: no one even knows what they look like.

    On the other side of the law, Clint's enjoying messing with their new SHIELD shadows, especially seeing how close he can get to Agent Barnes without him realising, but he makes the mistake of getting attached, and that makes everything more complicated.
