On the third floor of a run down building, in apartment 307, you'll find 10 kids, all of which don't exist. Well, they do exist, I mean, if they live there they *have* to exist. And they do. Technically. Legally, they're all dead, or at the very least missing. But what the government doesn't know won't hurt it, right?
