After losing his powers, Ichigo ends up losing himself. After going to Tokyo to University, he stops communicating with anyone from home, and quickly drops out of school and disappears into the city. When a bored ex-espada finds his way into the World of the Living, he ends up trying to figure out what happened to the fiery Shinigami he enjoyed fighting so much. Before he knew it, he was lying in the warm sand, back first, hands held over his head in a surprisingly strong grip and cold steel belonging to a short blade at his throat.
Yeah, well, he should have seen that one coming, right? Of course, there was a reason, why it was forbidden to get in contact with humans. If only he had listened to his brothers and stayed away from that creature!
An uncalled shiver ran through his entire body when the pressure of the weapon increased a bit and he had to suppress the urge to swallow hard.
This was it. His end.
He didn't dare to look at the man atop him and closed his eyes instead while made his request; his voice a terrifyingly thin whisper leaving his mouth.
