"Ma'am," says Nick, her doorman, sounding hesitant. "I know it's not my place, but he looks—erratic. He's been shivering and talking to himself for the last five minutes. Are you sure I should let him in?"
Talia leans closer to the speaker. "Is he armed?"
"Not as far as I can tell."
Talia considers that for a moment. It is a very short moment.
"Send him up," she decides.
After struggling with the effects of his failsafe, Jason decides to seek refuge with Talia in Metropolis.

“You and Bruce both think it’s Dick. It’s not Dick.” Stephanie says.
Jason scoffs. “Oh, so that’s what this is about? You think it’s Tim? You’re trying to tell me it’s Tim.”
“No,” she says steadily. “I’m telling you you need to put a little bit more faith in Tim. Because he’s on his shit. And I’m telling you it’s not Dick. It’s you.”
Jason freezes. “No. Red Hood stays. You know that.”
“Yeah, I said that,” she agrees. “And that’s what I’m telling you now. The Red Hood will have to be kept alive by the bats, so you need to start thinking about that. But Batman? That’s you.” She flexes a hand that she’s just wrapped up, starts stretching her arms. “This is your city, Jason.”
OR
Gotham is Jason’s city. At some point, he’ll have to reckon with what that actually means.
OR
Stephanie has plans. Dick and Tim have concerns.
