Summary
Fred stared hard at the pages in front of him, willing himself to remember, wondering if it were possible to use Legillimency on one’s self. But try as he might, he couldn’t remember. He could read the words and a picture formed in his mind but he knew it wasn’t quite right. Not like a true memory would be.
What the hell was it about this witch that his mind was forbidden to remember her?
———
Life is more or less normal for Fred now, three years after nearly dying in the Battle of Hogwarts. Normal except he’s angry almost all the time and his dreams are starting to make him feel crazy. Everything else is clear except for dreams about one specific girl—a girl he can’t remember. He’s sure his family knows more than he’s telling so Fred decides to find out the truth himself. -

Summary
Charlie Weasley was a stud. That was a fact. Like Buckbeak being a Hippogriff and Kreacher being a House-Elf. It wasn’t a matter of opinion, but of classification. And Hermione knew it was so not just because her mouth went dry whenever she was around Charlie but because every single witch that passed him stopped to take another look. Always. Had been that way for years.
And the git had no idea he was an absolute chick magnet. The only females he concerned himself with had wings, laid eggs, breathed fire, and tried to kill him on a regular basis.
Until now apparently, and all his concern was for her.
Hermione really needed him to let go of her arm before she threw herself at his head and made a fool of herself here at work. She had enough to deal with already.
Because the fact is her acquisition mission had not gone well. She had been in very serious danger, and was quite lucky she escaped with just a couple minor injuries to her face.
___
Four years after the war, Hermione's work as an Unspeakable takes her to some dangerous places, &the Weasley men are uncomfortable standing by. But spending time with Charlie is complicated. Will she ever be able to accept her feelings for him? -

Summary
Purging unnecessary things was supposed to be a cleansing experience. Healing, even, or so he’d been told. But now as he surveyed his bedroom Fred regretted starting this mad project. Stacks of books were starting to avalanche in a corner, pieces of parchment and newspaper clippings all but covered the floor, and then there was the contents from his trunk. The battered old secondhand trunk he’d taken to Hogwarts was open like a great mouth that had just vomited its contents all over his floor. Sinking onto his bed, Fred’s memory flickered back ten years ago and the first time he and George and the trunk had gone to Hogwarts. It felt like a lifetime ago now. Hell, it had been.
———
Hermione comes over to help Fred sort through his old things and try to purge what he doesn’t need. Will they both find what they’ve been looking for, and be able to continue healing—together?
