Summary
Nya, frustrated with her malfunctioning elemental powers and out of ideas, visits the library she and Kai frequented as children in hopes of finding a book that will help her solve her problem.
She doesn’t find any such book. What she does find is much more interesting: photo albums documenting her and Kai’s childhood through their weekly visits to the library.
---
A brief exploration into Kai and Nya’s childhoods, told before, during, and after Nya’s time as the Endless Sea.

Summary
Alternatively, Morro is a 21st Century Victorian child.
Turns out, the world has changed quite a bit since Morro met his tragic end. Unfortunately for him though, he’s back. Even more so -because the universe hates him- he’s stuck with his brain rotted cousin who somehow got the role of the world’s green saviour. Now Morro is being dragged along to experience the Lloyd-proclaimed ‘wonders’ of the modern world, all the while hoping his manchild of a cousin doesn’t infect him with the same gross optimism about life he so proudly sports. In summary: Morro hates contemporary Ninjago. Lloyd is dead set on changing that.

Summary
Lloyd Garmadon, son of the evil Lord Garmadon, was raised by his father in his volcanic lair, exploring his mysterious powers and the way of the dark arts. In high school, he is a social outcast and subject of the city’s ire. In battle, he is his father’s right hand, aiding him in his mission to remake Ninjago in their image. Balancing his life can be hard, but with nobody else in it, it’s surprisingly manageable. Even if the loneliness gets suffocating.
Kai Jiang-Smith grew up parentless, working day and night to provide for his sister and himself. Now, he fights for Ninjago as the newest member of the Secret Ninja Force, upholding the balance and the way of the ninja. Beloved by all and surrounded by a new family, Kai believes he has everything he could ask for.
As their two worlds merge, the status quo is shaken. Lloyd is incessantly racked by the knowledge that he’s everything Kai thinks he isn’t. But with each day, cutting ties becomes less and less of a possibility, even as disaster looms over every shared moment.
Or: Kai adopts villain!Lloyd into his family while the ninja deal with their own issues. Expect lots of friendship shenanigans and a healthy dose of high school + secret identity drama.

Now Keith was sure he’d know what to expect when he was finally able to settle down with the team and begin their trek back to Earth.
Constantly having to stop his teleporting cosmic wolf-dog from humping Lance every time he walked by was not one of those things.

Summary
Obito arrives a few moments earlier when Rin jumps in front of Kakashi’s chidori. He’s still too late to save her, but he’s in time to watch the sequence of events that makes Kakashi shatter. Instead of returning to Madara, he chooses to live by his own mantra and refuses to abandon his friend in his time of need. Obito returns to Konoha with Kakashi, and this results in just a few unintended consequences. One of them being his insistence that he should be allowed to care for his late sensei’s orphan son, no matter what the Sandaime might say about the matter. He’s not quite sure how Kakashi becoming his unofficial co-parent fits into this, but he’ll figure it out eventually.
