Summary
The poor thing. He's so scared. The moment his eyes met Phils, they had been so filled with fear.
Oh but it made one part of him shake in joy at seeing such fear. The predator side of him wanted to chase, wanted to bite and scratch. Blood would look wonderful on his child.
But no, he doesn't want to hurt the poor thing. He's so small and helpless. Phil can't wait to tuck him into the nest.
One side of him purrs at the idea. A new fledgling to take care of. His other sons are going to be ecstatic. He knows it.
He's pretty sure Wilbur wanted a little brother if memory serves correctly. Good thing one came right to his door.
The child had run and Phil was going to catch him before he got too far but then thought. Why not let the child tire himself out first? It would make it much easier.
Much easier than the drugs maybe.
Oh well, Phil can give them to him later.
For now he's got a son to catch.

Phil is quite lonely in his mansion but an unexpected visitor manages to change that.

“Wha… What the hell?” A low, angry voice suddenly interrupts him.
Tommy might have fucked up.
aka. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, Tommy’s vampire fangs have been broken to pieces; and Techno is very concerned about why a fledgling is casually hanging around in a dark alleyway. Tommy gets quickly snatched.

"We don't have to talk about that part," Tommy waves his hands to brush away that subject, "but seriously, you need to get more sun. You know UV's are only harmful in large doses, right?"
"Mhm. Look outside, do you see sunshine?" Well, no. It's been raining for the past week.
"Oh. Are you too poor to afford vitamin D? I'm sorry, I shouldn't have assumed!" Tommy snarks.
"Have you never thought that maybe somebody is naturally pale?" The guy asks and Tommy grins wide. Oh he's annoyed. How fun!!
"My bad, big man. I see somebody I could snap in half with the darkest circle under their eyes and I assume they aren't getting proper vitamins. Is it nasty to assume you haven't heard of melatonin either?"
"I see why Dick likes you."
"I'm sorry, what now?"

Summary
The neighborhood that he lived in had a lot of bars, not that Tommy had been in any. Even the ones that don’t ask to see ID (which was a surprising amount) but now for some reason tonight he noticed them. Maybe it was because the bright neon lights were the only lights that he had seen that night that weren’t street lights (there was no moon or stars, it was too cloudy for that).
It also could have been the person that was stumbling around in the middle of the street.
