Summary
An entire year has passed since the Battle for The Lonely Mountain.
Much has happened over the course of time, Dale is still in the process of being restored and the Dwarves of Erebor have managed to get the Dragon stink out of the mountain – as well as having rebuilt what was lost and damaged over time and ruin. Things were slowly returning to normal.
However, the fragile alliance which formed between the elves and dwarves is wearing thin – and Thorin and Thranduil are begrudgingly looking to mend the alliance that once existed between the two races. They come to an agreement neither like and loath to admit that it will help strengthen their alliance nonetheless.
It begins with the oldest heir from each King and ends with their union through marriage. Fíli and Legolas are not fond of the idea and want nothing to do with each other. Their Kings, however, are forcing this upon them for the good of their people.

Summary
Three times now, Quaritch had chosen Spider's life over his mission and revenge. Maybe that was why, when the Recombinant jumped, Spider leapt after him. Spider didn't expect the crazy Na'vi woman to save them, or for Quaritch to send him to her home. Things were weird, and strange, and he didn't know how to deal with his dad and the witch not threatening his life.

Aonung didn’t expect to achieve much in his life. He’s always destined to be the Olo’eyktan after his father ever since his birth, it’s basically written in the stars. His mother has always told him to focus on what’s important, and what’s important is the lives of his people in Awa’atlu. Putting his rebellious side aside, he also yearns to make sure that his parents will trust in his abilities to succeed them one day.
This was why he had felt so unsettled that he was the only one wary at the Sullys’ arrival, these Omatikayans arriving out of the blue, even escaping from danger as well. He wonders why his father had taken them in so quick, and it makes his detestation grow at the sight of them prancing around the village.
That forest girl that’s among the outcasts prickles at his skin the most—how she seems to act like one of them so quick, thinking that she could ever be a part of the clan with her scrawny figure and her five fingers.
Who knew Eywa had a plan in mind that’s something that the both of them could never comprehend.
