He was trying to remind her that before there was Ben and Pen, there had been Colin and Pen. Funny how it only made her think how even her name matched better with Benedict that it ever did with Colin.
Now he had to watch her with his brother. He had to watch her love another man, knowing that she had loved him before and he had ruined everything.

Summary
Tyler Galpin would make the perfect addition to the Addams family tree. What would have happened if part of the psychic connection between Wednesday Addams and the entire plot to raise Joseph Crackstone had been more than the blood seal on his crypt? What if part of that connection was Tyler Galpin himself, the monster in the woods that she had been so obsessed with, and the boy she had let herself begin to fall for? What would have happened if Wednesday had succeeded at becoming the master of the Hyde, the boy, who was used against her by a much more dangerous predator? What if this new bond between Hyde and Master was always meant to fall into place, and came with some very unexpected extra ties between them?
Based on yours truly, an upset writer and media consumer, being unhappy that there were no trusted adults for anyone within the Wednesday TV show and that Tyler Galpin (who I am an avid defender of) was re-traumatized instead of offered the redemption, healing, and connection that I think he deserves.
I hope y'all are in for the long haul because this is going to be an extensive slow burn that covers a lot of ground. I have a LOT of ideas for this universe!

An amazing re-imagining of the 2nd half of the 2nd season with Wednesday more whiling to accept her feelings. It has great POV changes with different characters (Enid is hilarious) and a mating bond between the two which is very interesting to explore.

It was nauseatingly predictable of Wednesday to only admit to herself that she loved Tyler after he had killed her.
For once, she didn't know where to start. She wanted to kiss him. She wanted to peel his flesh from his bones and force him to apologize for having murdered her. She wanted, inexplicably, to bury herself into his chest and permit him to wrap her in his embrace. She wanted to wrap a chain around his pretty throat and force him to heel.
Most of all, she wanted to right the wrongs between them, and that had been done to them. The world was about to learn that, far from tempering her dark heart and sadistic soul, falling in love had made Wednesday Addams more dangerous than ever.

*THE* Time-Travel Wednesday+Tyler fic. They are funny and adorable and crazy and freaky and spooky. It has a good dose of a challenge and mystery onto the ongloing task of changing the future. It very interestingly explores the bond between the two.

He truly was at his last grasp of sanity; a Hyde without a master was only madness driven inwards, layers upon layers of insanity folding in upon itself like a slow-acting implosion. He had no chance at ever being normal, but that didn’t mean she had to leash the beast instead of slay it.
“Say it,” Wednesday declared.
Tyler’s head tilted. “Why?”
“Because I want to hear if you mean it.”
The corner of his mouth twitched. “You want obedience, or proof?”
“Both.”
