Summary
One week after the end of the war, and Ginny is the only child still in the house. Molly thought, automatically, that the whole brood would fly home to her. In the summer, when her children were still children, she would stand at the twilight doorway with a sonorous to her throat and watch them race across the meadows towards her, the kitchen windows their lighthouse across a sea of dark. Tall, rangy Bill herding Fred and George, Ron and Ginny chasing each other in squabbling circles, Percy with a mouth already full of complaints and accusations, Charlie loping slowly, always last. But Bill is with his own family now. Charlie is in Romania. Percy writes her fearful owls and avoids his father’s gaze. George is apparently drunk in the flats of various friends. Ron bounces between George and Harry, trying to watch over them, flooing back home to grab soup and hangover potion. So only Ginny - her much-loved girl, her longed-for daughter, her baby - is in the house, and that fact should not fill Molly with dread.

Summary
“I didn’t kill Lily and James, Moony. I wasn’t the secret keeper anymore. They switched it to Peter.”
“It’s a good story,” said Remus mildly. “I always thought it would have been more dramatic if you’d make Lilly the villain, though. Maybe you could throw in a love triangle with Voldemort to add some flair.”
Sirius snorted without mirth, the way they’d used to laugh at Peter’s jokes – an obligation, an acknowledgement that in another world it might be truly funny. “Remember when you trusted me enough to literally put your life in my hands, whenever I wanted? What happened to that trust?”
“You murdered it.”
Three years ago, Sirius Black murdered three out of four of his best friends and disappeared out of Ministry custody and into thin air.
Twenty-Four hours ago, he abducted Harry Potter.
And Remus wants him dead – the beautiful boy that he’d loved so secretly. But unfortunately, his feelings don’t matter. Because many years ago in the middle of a war, two idiot boys swore an unforgivable vow. And Sirius is calling in that debt.

Summary
“I’ve left my husband,” said Petunia. “He’s gone. Divorce papers in the mail.”
Remus looked up. She was still staring at the wall, her face very hard and set. “I’m very flattered, but unfortunately I’m gay.”
“I thought I could sense something off about you.”
“That might be the fact I’m a werewolf.”
“Good grief."

Summary
In retrospect, the warning signs were there in March. But familiarity had bred, if not contempt, then complacence, and Remus had spent seven years with James’ sighs, Sirius’ calculating looks, and Pete’s need for a leader. If James was sighing longer and harder, if Sirius was making louder and more obvious overtures to Evans, if Pete was sidling up to Remus and saying, "Do you think we should do anything about...," it was just more of the same.
So he was entirely unprepared when he woke up on what was supposed to be a lovely lazy Sunday and found Sirius and Pete sitting on the edge of his bed, holding up a sign that said INTERVENTION. There was a heart over the second I. Remus briefly, violently wished that he’d slipped off the boat in first year and drowned in the lake.

Summary
Of her lover’s many faults and arguable virtues, he's never late. So when 8 o’clock runs into 10, 12 ticks into 2, and Hermione's third note of rationally tempered concern flies unanswered back to sender, she panics.
“He's probably sick,” says Harry. “You both work in a hospital. The place where diseases live.”
“When has he ever,” says Hermione, “failed to advertise a twinge?”
Outside the Malfoy Manor gates, the grass is green.
Inside the fence—
“Go home,” says Harry gravely.
“Go to hell,” Hermione replies.
And because that is that, they plod up the drive and strain open the door to a landscape of ominous white.

Summary
The evening she met Luna Lovegood, of course Ginny had fractured her tibia. And twisted her ankle. Also possibly sprained her left wrist, though it was difficult to tell, because pain was referring across her body like sound echoing through a mountain range.

Summary
Ron knows other people have glimpsed his insecurities, but nobody seems to know how threatening they feel, how all-consuming they could become. Nobody has understood. Nobody until him.
this is a oneshot deathly hallows AU based on the fact that "i have seen your heart and it is mine" is just a batshit romantic thing for tom riddle to canonically say to ron
