Clark’s deep sigh did not go unnoticed by either of his partners–Bruce’s arm rose and fell with his breath, wrapped around his torso as it was, and Diana could feel his breath against her shoulder, where he was cuddled.
“Have you seen any newspapers today? Tabloids?” Clark already knew they did not, else they would have spoken to him already.
“I have not kept up with mortal news recently,” Diana admitted.
“Did something get out?”
Clark hesitated. It wasn’t figuring out how to phrase it that was slowing him down. He felt ashamed, a concoction of disgust and something else coiled in his gut, and with it anger and frustration and whomever had taken the picture that sparked all of this in the first place. Clark knew, logically, that he couldn’t be mad at anyone for doing their job, but he couldn’t help but feel like he had no privacy as Superman, and he wished he did.
Clark understood, in a way. Metropolis’ favorite superhero had been sighted in Lubania, and then had disappeared for over a year, bar occasional propaganda films and…
He broke off that train of thought.

Well, it's 8 days until prom and Mabel doesn't buy that for a second. It was obvious when they were 12 and only became moreso over the years, with the trio now each being 18.
Besides, it's not like her brother and best friend have gone to much effort to hide their affections for one another, even with the constant denials.
Featuring Mabel the Matchmaker, Dipper and Pacifica finally addressing how they really feel for one another, and an explosive night at prom, it's shaping up to be an exciting week for the teens of Gravity Falls.

Pacifica is over the moon at the thought of a romantic evening with her best friend/partner in crime/maybe-sort-of-kind-of-okay-definitely crush, but nothing is simple when you're eighteen, and the road to Happily Ever After proves to be laced with nerves, jealousy, misunderstanding and a whole lot of agonizing over how unfair it is that he looks, like, that freaking good in a suit.
