Summary
Dream has been suffering through a somewhat known health condition which mainly causes him to throw up blood as a symptom. Generally, there is no cure, but Dream refuses to stay in bed for his entire life, even as he coughs up enough blood to thurougly stain 7 handkerchiefs within 2 hours because being tortured took a massive toll on hus body. After all, it would only make it worse.
Now, how does he reassure people it wasn't as bad as it looked and doing what they thought was good would actually make it worse?

Summary
Izuku pukes first thing since waking up.
It's just thick spit and no chunks of food since he hadn't had dinner. It's too late for dinner now and there are more pressing matters-- that dream and the state of his dorm room. It's destroyed and One for All is activated, painful as the power courses through his body with overwhelming strength.
Something else stirs in him, hungry. He wishes, prays, it isn't what he knows it is. Deep down, he is well aware dreams can be linked to reality. He flexes his fingers, the quirks of all the past One for All users coursing through his body. His stomach drops and Black Whip shoots out with a degree of perfection he's never had before. He points to an All Might figure and pulls it towards him and works it with perfect precision.
He pukes again.
Or,
All for One wants his son to continue his legacy. Time to hijack a dream, I guess.
