Summary
Seungmin feels pathetic as he senses the sting of tears and the lump in his throat. Unfortunately enough, feeling pathetic makes him cry all the more so it's just a losing game. He doesn't even register when his name gets called until he's shaken by Jisung, pulled up by Felix and nudged off by Hyunjin. He avoids looking at the crowd because he really doesn't want to cry while getting his diploma and giving his valediction.
"Just in time, huh?" a voice comes from the seat that was formerly Seungmin's. Jisung and Hyunjin squeak at the man next to them. Minho looks so simple in his plain white tee and indigo jeans but the fact that he made it at all is a feat within itself.

“Do you think it’s weird that we haven’t had sex?”
Minho could only thank years of idol-training in keeping his composure for him not spewing his coffee all over the table at the sudden question. He usually considered himself pretty good at keeping up with the various twists and turns of his boyfriend’s mind, but not even Minho was prepared for an impromptu discussion of their sex life at five forty-five in the morning. They were sat alone in the kitchen, waiting for their car to arrive and for Felix and Jeongin to finish getting ready.
These quiet moments together were usually some of the best of Minho’s entire day, just getting to sit in peaceful silence with someone who understood him without needing to fill it with chatter. They were little islands of serenity in the ocean of madness that was their lives, and Minho treasured them.
Unless you asked him in public.
