    Shit. That damn machine must’ve scrambled his brain, dredging up his deepest, most shameful desires and playing them back to him in Todoroki’s voice.

    Or: Bakugo Katsuki starts hearing things after a lab accident—specifically, hearing Todoroki Shoto say things Todoroki would never, ever say. He's pretty sure he's just finally lost it. Pining so hard that he starts to, pathetically, hallucinate what he's wanted to hear.
