A quirk stronger than most can dream of, yet kind hearted and always willing to help and care for others. High grades, lots of friends, but absolutely no self confidence.
Aizawa was...confused. It was like Midoriya was the opposite of what he should be, but always seemed to be exactly what people needed him to be.
It wasn't until Eri came into their lives that Aizawa finally began to gain some clarity on the situation, when Midoriya always seemed to understand what Eri needed, without anyone having to tell him. It didn't sit right with him... And when Eri spoke of 'Mister Deku', and how he was like her, well, that was just further cause for concern.
