Summary
When Wilbur was only five he was nearly taken by the fae. He was saved by pure luck, but it never was left alone by them as he grew up. Things seemed to magically change, driving people away. It becomes worse when a certain blond fae begins to plague his dreams.
This a twist on the Fae Wilbur kidnaps Human Tommy au. Give it a read if you're interested!

Summary
"First there was fire"
Wilbur Soot was the son of death herself, reborn in lava and again in the midst of a burning forest. He refuses to be left behind by history, determined to redefine his legacy, even if it's at the side of someone else.
"Then there was smoke"
Quackity had no legacy, so he created one. He built his city from the ground up based on his own ability to keep coming back even when the gods themselves seemed to try and kill him. He's no follower, not anymore.
"Then that preacher man was hanging by a rope"
Sapnap was a smoldering flame, forgotten by those he tried so hard to protect and hold together. He had no direction until someone he spared so long ago decided to spare him in return. In the end, it's him who gets to choose his own path.

We violently throttle canon in a dark slowburn canon divergence AU, substitute our own personal lore, and, while it's mostly TNT Duo at first, eventually we give Sapnap some much deserved screen time and love because he's criminally underrated.Series
