Summary
“Mhmm,” Tim replies, eyes fluttering shut. He nuzzles further into Bruce’s shoulder. “Well, most of them– the cultists were spread in small clusters throughout different cities. The group in Star City went into hiding when they heard the reports, so ‘m still looking for ‘em and— have you ever made a sandwich before?”
“What?”
“You’re doing a terrible job of buttering that bread,” Tim critiques, wiping the corner of his eyes.

Summary
The stun from Will's fists hitting the table sent him flying back in his chair and straight to the ground. Stray papers flew around the room along with their d&d figures, books, and occasionally an empty soda can. Will couldn't wrap his mind around what was going on until an oddly huge purple portal formed in front of him. His mouth hung open as he prayed in his mind that this was just some insane dream and that vecna hadn't somehow found a way back. He shut his eyes, wishing and hoping this would end and he could run back upstairs to mike. Was this some punishment for him yelling at Mike? It had to be, right? What else could possibly explain this monstrosity of an event happening in the same basement he basically grew up in.
Soon, the sound of everything flying around stopped. The whoosh’s and whirls of the portal died down. Will thought it was over, yet he kept his eye closed a second longer just in case. A voice spoke out, Mike's voice. Will was saved from this nightmare, at least he thought he was.
“My cleric? Are you alright?”
