Grian’s back in England after a decade in the States, settling into business classes and hiding his cat in a dorm he technically shouldn’t have. Running into Scar again wasn’t part of the plan — but neither was getting paired up for a campus-wide project.
Between lectures, group trips, suspiciously enthusiastic classmates, and a few too many close calls with contraband pets, college life gets complicated fast. But maybe that’s not such a bad thing.

The man hovering over him leaned back, releasing Grian completely. Cold night air rushed in to fill the void.
“I guess it’s out in the open now,” the stranger hummed. “Shame. I wanted to avoid this.”
With the additional glow occupying the space between them, Grian was finally able to catch features that were lost in the prior darkness. His curiosity outweighed all else, and he drank them in greedily. As soon as he saw who sat across from him, alarms blared in his mind.
This man wasn’t a civilian, wasn’t even a hero.
“Hello, Doctor,” the villain mused. “You were quite the help today.”

"Boyfriend?!" Tanaka yelps, glancing around like it's insane news. Kei doesn't think it's that insane. "I thought him and Yachi—"
"I'll go get him," Kei mutters, quickly unzipping his jacket and placing it on his bag.
Tanaka yelps and points. "You two are dating?!"
Tadashi spits out his juice and goes into a coughing fit. Patting his back, Kei shakes his head. "We're not dating."
Tanaka sputters, and so does Suga and Asahi.
"You're not?!" Kageyama and Hinata exclaim in unison. They glare at each other before arguing.
"Hinata and Kageyama—said you two were?" Suga questions, combing his hair back with his hand. "Why didn't you deny it, Tsukishima?"
People assume Yamaguchi is Tsukishima's boyfriend, and Tsukishima doesn't really mind.
