Summary
"We can go to any restaurant in the universe! Anywhere you want, anytime you want! Remember? Any where, any when?” The Doctor threw up his hands. “It’s like you weren’t even there when I gave the speech!”
“Not everyone likes eating out all the time. You have a kitchen, remember? Honestly, Doctor,” she widened her eyes and shook her hands in the air, teasing him, “it’s like you weren’t even there when you gave the tour!”

Summary
Technically, Spock thought as he readied himself for another day aboard the Enterprise, he and Nyota had not been breaking any rules during their time together at the Academy.
She’d kissed him, after all. There were no rules against students kissing teachers. Such instances were typically spontaneous decisions. To ruin a young cadet’s future because of one impulsive, ultimately harmless choice would be unjust. So no rule was broken.
Whether or not he’d kissed her back was unimportant.

Summary
The best part about convenience, Natasha thought, was that there wasn't any pressure. You could give what you could at the time and hope it was enough and then usually it was. No second-guessing. You took what you had and were grateful for it.
It was nice.

There was something in the closet. Something dangerous and wicked rustling about behind the closed door, just like her not-mother always said there was.
Rapunzel raised her frying pan high in the air and threw open the door, prepared to strike.

Summary
Watching the baby wasn’t so bad. It was kind of cute. Pretty squishy-looking, like somebody took a regular person and bloated it up, but all and all pretty cute, he guessed.
Then it started to cry.

Summary
Someday, she thinks during a lunch where she gathers up the courage to turn to the Doctor and speak of sharing a house, they’ll tell their children all about their lives together. About how they met and they ran and they fell in love.
How lucky they’d be, to have a mum and dad who loved each other—and them—more than anything else in the world.

Summary
Usually, when he talked about Loki, she tried to distract him. Kissed him or hugged him or brought him more food or something. Anything.
But it never seemed like it was enough and he looked so sad and she was so tired. Tired because she spent all day researching and experimenting and worrying and also tired because he was just so much. Everything about him was just so much all the time and she always felt like she was so little and sometimes a dark, horrible part of her wanted to turn and tell him that she had problems, too.

Summary
She looks sad, late at night. Tucked into his side and pretending that she doesn't want to cry and he wonders, sometimes, if this is what it was like when he left them, all those months ago.
So he starts to ask questions. All those little questions he should have asked years ago but never did. What are you parents like? What sports did they take you to see? What did they think, when they found out you were a witch?
First he asks to distract her. Then, a little later, he asks because all those questions are what makes up her and anything that made her is something he really, genuinely wants to know.

Summary
When Loki returned--when he finally came back and Odin could explain and Loki would listen and everything would be well again--they would go on a trip. They'd wander the woods for days and tell stories and Odin would tell Loki over and over how much he loved him. And, eventually, Loki would believe him again.
It would be the perfect father-son trip. Their first father-son trip.
---
Odin is old and weary and wants his family back. He wants his little boy back and he'll do anything to get him. Even if it means traveling to Midgard. Even if it means telling another lie.

Were rose petals cliché? Would she want rose petals? The problem, he decided, was that he could never decide whether Pepper was so special he wanted to give her every cliché, or whether she was so special he wanted to make sure she never had to deal with any of them.

Summary
Five times someone caught Bumper being nice to Fat Amy and one time he was a jerk in front of everyone (but that was kind of okay, too).
