Summary
Thanks to the evolution of genetics humans have grown stronger, with super powers called quirks manifesting, enabling a super human society. With the right quirk, you could be invincible. Two doctors figured out how to genetically engineer any quirk they could want, resulting in a child born from illegal experiments. After being found out by the government the child is adopted and carefully watched to ensure their safety, and everyone around them should they turn out evil.
That child wants nothing more than to be a hero.
