After being attacked in her own home and killing Donnie Pfaster, Scully must confront her trauma while on a case back in St Paul, Minnesota. A woman is found in a nursing home with her throat slit. The case seems cut and dry, until the two agents uncover that perhaps there is something much darker going on, intending to lure Scully and Mulder.
