Mobei Jun stepped over to the side of the bed. He loomed over him, blank expression moulding into something angrier and angrier as he grew closer. “Qinghua,” he said again, voice a hiss. “Were you poisoned with an arousal pollen?”

The man’s eyes were open, assessing Shang Qinghua coolly, but somewhat dazed with incoherence.
Shang Qinghua had been startled, and stumbled back. His shock only lasted for a moment before eagerness took hold. He moved back up, holding gently to the man’s hand as he leaned over him. “You’re awake!”

Shang Qinghua is a healer in his small village. One night, Mobei Jun is brought to him torn open and Shang Qinghua nurses him back to health. Mobei Jun heals so fast that people start to wonder how exactly Shang Qinghua did it.
