..And a vampire.
That last one is a much more recent development. If you’re counting about three years as recent.
Those three years have also been nothing short of ungodly boring! At least until a new sailor comes to visit the island it lives on, and Kuervo finds itself absolutely head-over-heels to the point of dropping its entire established life to follow him.

it's been a long time since kuervo felt particularly close with somebody. a long time since anything about its life felt stable, or calm, or.. well, okay at all. when it learns about the faction isles, it decides maybe starting over like that is just what it needs.
what it certainly doesn't expect is to find itself caught up on another new pirate, especially not within the first few hours they've met each other.
(that might just be exactly what it gets, though.)

solace is the champion of a god, raised from birth to serve their bidding. he gets sent across the world, spreading the message, giving help and starting wars wherever his god sees fit. when he gets sent to the aurus kingdom, he thinks he might have common ground to really spread the message.
unfortunately for him, the king isn't much of a ruler, the kingdom seems very disinterested in gods, and on top of it all, he has to put up with a VERY annoying enderborn that has taken a shine to him.
