“When can the puppies leave their mother? Two weeks? Three weeks?” Cersei asked, already pulling out her checkbook with a fresh pen.
“Never.” Jon’s voice was hard and the anger was unmistakable.
Cersei blinked at him. “What?”
“We’re not selling the puppies. Not a single one. Do you understand?” His eyes were hard to go along with his voice as he stared at her.
Cersei almost smiled as if trying to tell herself that he was joking. “Sansa, is he serious? I really don't know Jon.”
Sansa looked to her husband before back to her boss. “Well, Cersei-”
“Surely he must be joking!”
“No, I mean it,” Jon’s voice grew tight. “You're not getting one. Not one. And that’s final!”
(Or Jon and Sansa are Roger and Anita, Ghost and Lady are Pongo and Perdita and there are a bunch of adorable puppies that Cersei wants to dognap.)

“Are you jonesing?” she wondered.
“Hmm?” he asked.
“For a cigarette,” she clarified.
“No,” he told her, “Just trying not to do something stupid.”
“Smoking a cigarette would be stupid,” she smiled.
She wasn’t sure when they’d gotten so close, but she knew they kept getting closer. He smelled like cigarettes and beer she’d never drink, but there was something else there too that made it intoxicating.
Sansa had never really understood when Marg would tell her that just from a look in a coat closet she’d seen the whole night play out. She did now.
It seemed inevitable, that they’d fall into bed together, though Sansa Stark was not the sort who fell into bed with anyone.
“Stupider than that,” he mused.

Summary
Jon is seventeen when his mother dies, and he moves into his estranged father's house with a family he's never met. They don't want him there either. When he starts receiving suggestive photos from his half-sister, he responds in kind, partly to see where she'd stop and partly as a silent 'fuck you' to his father's resentful wife.
Sansa's starting high school, and she's beginning to push boundaries and explore her sexuality. Who better to do it with than the hot boy who just moved into her basement? The fact that he might be her brother is actually a good thing, right? That way there's no chance of things going too far.
What essentially starts as a game of chicken soon evolves into something more intense than either Jon or Sansa expected.
