“That I feel a sense of camaraderie for you?” Zemo asks with an arched brow. “Or that I dared to flirt with you?”
“Both.”
“Are you as surprised that you like it?”

Summary
Bucky decides casual sex with Zemo is an acceptable way to relieve some tension, but it’s a mixed bag. On the one hand, Zemo is a skilled partner and has no trouble getting him off. On the other, Bucky's feelings about being touched range from apathy to discomfort, and he’d rather distract himself or dissociate than admit when he’s uncomfortable and wants to stop.
