Summary
A single, simple, stupid mistake gets Maria pulled away from her home universe and into the reality of one of her former obsessions, the 2017 Marvel’s Spider-Man cartoon. Fun, right? That's what she thinks at first, between exploring New York City and its changes in the two years it's been since the events of the cartoon and blowing people's minds with her knowledge from living outside the fourth wall.
Pretty soon, though, things start happening- things that remind Maria how good she had it being a spectator. An old enemy is becoming much more than the annoying side character he was through the show, not to mention his mysterious and threatening new accomplice with no well-known alternate counterpart Maria can use knowledge about. Some of the W.E.B. crew and even Avengers don't trust Maria or her claims of knowledge from another universe. And above all, with great power comes great responsibility- a responsibility much harder to shoulder than it looks.
A dream come true turns to a pain in the fucking ass in this self-indulgent, probably cringe story of excitement, annoyance, love, hatred, fandom references, realization, and bagels. -

Investigating this brings them to meet teenager Jentry Chau and her friends leading to a sharing of stories and experiences pushing each other and the world into new directions.
There is some action, but the primary focus is character interactions and slice of life.
This fic started as a one-off joke (chapter 1) and just kept growing.
