As soon as he saw the power signature attached to the unidentified space ship, Sam thought about Bob. He has a feeling Bucky’s troubled teammate is going to be a major factor in whatever lies ahead, and he’s not sure why that makes his stomach twist. He’s been waiting for something to come between him and Bucky that they won’t be able to work through, and this feels like it could be the beginning of the end. Maybe Sam’s just paranoid because he has intimacy issues. Maybe he’s paranoid because whatever is in that spaceship seems to have enough power to destroy the world.
