Crowley squeezed his hands together, hard. He watched his knuckles turn white.
“What do you want?” he asked.
He waited for a moment, and then two, but Aziraphale didn’t reply.
When Crowley looked up, he was alone in the flat. He didn’t know what else he had expected.

A complete rewrite of the Good Omens finale. Featuring: sincere emotional beats, a fulfillment of the themes set up in the original story, excessive quotations from the Book of Revelation, queer joy, and a better ending.

Selfless, to the very end.A version of the ending where Crowley and Aziraphale take more than five minutes to think it all through and come up with a solution that, with a bit of luck, God will approve of. Includes a kiss, lots of hand-holding, and a proposal of perhaps a better world where the South Downs cottage can finally, properly, happen.

Will's breath caught when Mike leaned forward, into his space. Mike could surely tell—he was close enough for that, close enough for Will to see his dilated pupils even in the dark.
Neither spoke as Mike loosened his grip on Will’s wrist, and his hand slid up to cup the back of Will’s hand. Slowly, he guided it toward Will, then firmly pressed the palm into his chest, just slightly to the left.
Mike wet his lip, stared at him hard. “Can you feel it?”
“Feel what?”
“Your heartbeat.”
Just weeks after everyone regrouped in Hawkins, danger is closer than it seems.
