It was simply the red mirage— it was the same every election; red states got counted faster as they had fewer people, the votes from the blue states rolled in and came out on top..! But that didn't happen. Alfred could only watch in abject horror as each swing state swung right. He couldn't believe his eyes— but there it was. The winner of the 2024 election had been announced.
