“A change?” he said, clearing his throat of the catch he found there. “What d’you mean?”
“Well, I see a feast before me, and I would be remiss if I did not eat my fill, for one,” Emmrich said. He trailed long fingers against Kostas’s neck, pressing gently against the bruise he’d left upon his bite. Kostas gave a muffled curse, and Emmrich smiled. “I intend to take my time with you, my darling boy.”
