Summary
The side of Scorpius that came out in clubs was one Al had only gotten to know in the past few years, but there were a few keys to understanding him...
The final one was that there was no keeping up with Scorpius Malfoy, and there was no extinguishing his light.

Summary
"Q had no reason to believe his own position was on the line, really. But a dim trembling in his gut agreed that it seemed it would no longer be considered an unrecoverable loss to MI6 if 007 was deemed redundant."
In which the 'will they/won't they' has little to do with 00Q and everything to do with MI6.

Summary
Kurt and Blaine, living and working and loving in the concrete jungle, may seem to have much of their life together: since high school they've known the Who, along with the What, the Where, and the Whys. Their When is "always," with no mountain too high for the two of them, but this one comes close – parenthood. The How of becoming fathers, of being fathers, of surviving fatherhood is the most daunting test to their relationship yet. Their childhoods included ups and so many downs; can they nurture a little life with the odds stacked against them?
"What if... what if I'm not the one?" Kurt asks. He cringes at how desperate he sounds.
Blaine snorts a tiny, airy laugh before being scorned into seriousness by one look from his spouse. Even so, he has to suppress a grin as he lifts his outside arm and wiggles his ring finger in Kurt's direction. "I know sometimes I say you worry for no reason, and you prove me wrong, but trust me on this one: you worry for no reason."
With a sleep-deprived pout and a lazy swat at the closest part of Blaine he can reach, Kurt huffs. "I don't mean with you. I'm arrogantly, ridiculously too sure in that regard. I mean with our child, Blaine. Do you not see it?"

Nothing worth having comes easy. A fix-it in which the weekend is that of Valentine's and Kurt has many things he's keeping from Blaine – the two of which are unrelated, of course.

Summary
Glee is about opening yourself up to joy. Also known as the Pumped Up Kicks AU, in which Kurt and Blaine have always attended McKinley and never been friends, and Blaine feels that absence profoundly.
Warnings: teenage gun crime, imagined character death and violence, references to sexual assault, language (including homosexual slurs), and sexual situations.

Summary
volta (n.) a turning point or point of change in a poem, most commonly a sonnet.
*
Derek watches as Dex’s eyes flick over the poem. He pushes back the dishevelled hair in his face like it’ll help him see clearer. He mouths the words as he goes, pauses, reads each line again. His fingers tap against the page in iambic pentameter. When he comes to the final line, his lips pull up into a barely there smile. “That in black ink my love may still shine bright,” he murmurs. “That is kinda nice.”
(Or, five times a poem doesn’t reach its intended recipient, and one time it does; five drafts, and one work completed; five turning points, and one ending.)

Summary
“You are the worst person to have to keep tracking down. Have I told you that recently?”
Derek sighs and opens his front door a little wider to let Stiles in. “Only every other time you’ve tracked me down.”

Summary
He catches Derek by the arm and Derek lets himself be turned, surprised when Stiles shoves a small box into his hands. “I don’t know if you still celebrate it or what but… I wanted you to know someone was thinking about you. Happy birthday.”
Then he squeezes Derek’s arm and bolts, gone before Derek can think to stop him.
He opens the box standing there, only to find one singular, misshapen, sloppily-frosted, cupcake, with a candle in the box next to it. It’s kind of squished despite the paper towel all around it to keep it from banging around in the box.
Derek has to take a moment to sit down because yeah, he can’t deny it anymore.
He’s gone on Stiles.

Summary
Where Derek's skills at thinking on his feet mean that he and Stiles have to act. For the sake of Stiles' dad, of course, for the sake of the pack. No personal interest interference at all, whatsoever. Right.
-0-
“Why does my dad say that you and your boyfriend are a bad influence on me?”
“What?”
“Yeah, what boyfriend? Dude, you are not allowed to not tell me crap like this. You didn't think I'd like be a douchebag or something. Right?”
“No, wait, what? I have no boyfriend.”
“He says you were with him at the police station.”
Stiles blinks. “Uhm. Oh shit.”
