It feels like he might be. With how deliciously rough Jisung is being with him, how much authority he’s taking, the fact that there’s not a single ounce of shyness in Jisung’s body anymore—drained out the moment they’d stepped into the bedroom.
“Jisung,” Minho moans. The sudden switch-up is confusing, but having his control immediately ripped from him feels so addicting. Minho doesn’t want it any other way.

“Changbin,” Seungmin cries, his voice breaking on the word. He’s naked except for a pair of black boxers, soaked and stuck to his skin. His entire body is glistening from a sheen of sweat, flushed pink from the apples of his cheeks to his chest. His face is wet with tears, his lashes sticking to his skin as he thrashes his head around and shoves it into his pillow. There are clothes strewn around him haphazardly, like he was trying to make a nest but didn’t exactly know how. “I don’t feel good.”
Changbin takes a deep breath.
"You're presenting, Seungmin."

"We're getting married," Jisung said. That much made sense, though it was still news to Hyunjin. Jisung had been in a stable relationship for coming up to six years- it was about time one of them popped the question.
"Congratulations," Hyunjin said, after a little too much silence. "Did you mean Best Man?"

Summary
The two of them get engaged the summer after graduation. The announcement makes front page news in the Korean Herald and Hyunjin’s mom puts a clipping of it on the fridge right next to a copy of Seungmin’s senior thesis paper and acceptance letter into Harvard Business School. It’s the first time Hyunjin’s ever been featured there post-elementary school, when his macaroni art was just slightly more advanced than the other kids in his class, and the sight of it leaves a bitter taste in his mouth because he did nothing to deserve the spot of honor. Unless the culmination of his life’s success is simply marrying Kim Seungmin.
Hyunjin’s tasked with picking out their engagement rings, a pair of golden Tiffany bands. He sends Seungmin’s to him in the mail. His mom has to text Hyunjin the address. He doesn’t have Seungmin’s number saved in his phone.

Summary
Really, to Seungmin, Changbin’s desire to keep Hyunjin happy probably had more to do with this whole proposal than Changbin’s desire for Seungmin. If Hyunjin asked, Changbin would hand him the moon in a heartbeat, with an extra star thrown in as a gift.
That’s what Seungmin was in this situation.
Changbin and Hyunjin could live their perfect husband and wife relationship together, and Seungmin was a gift. A way for Hyunjin to finally satiate his fascination with Seungmin that had been building for eight long years and a way for Changbin to spoil Hyunjin, like he always did.
Of course, he was the gift.
At least, he was temporarily.

Minho whips around, eyes squinted against the sun, scanning every crevice of the rocks, every nook and outcrop, searching for something. But it’s just him, the sand, and the water crashing against the rocks.

“Did you eat?”
They're both as familiar with unexpected turns in their schedule as can be, but Minho can't help the pang of guilt in his chest. “Had three protein bars at nine. Don’t think I can eat. Sorry for making you wait.”
“It’s okay, jagi.” Soft and patient. “How about you shower while I eat something quickly and join you in bed?”
Minho doesn’t answer immediately. Puckers his lips and Jisung laughs before pecking the pout. Sends him off with a final caress to his hand before disconnecting them. He’s so gentle with him that sometimes, Minho has to pause, has to stop himself from wondering whatever he must’ve done in a past life to deserve this.
This. Jisung in bed with him, soft under the moonlight, facing him and petting his freshly washed hair. He smells like their toothpaste. His voice is syrupy with love. He asks about his day, and Minho answers briefly, too tired, and not needing to elaborate. Jisung’s touch remedies hours of practice. Seeps warmth into his skin.
