Summary
Danny Ashford is a high school student whose life begins to unravel after a series of disturbing events. After his best friend Charlie dies, he becomes haunted by a phenomena, including eerie sketches of Slenderman that appear with unnerving accuracy, seeing Slenderman in the corner of his eye.
Amidst the terror, Danny is caught between three forces: the enigmatic Connor, a friend from his past who reveals himself to be far more than human (an SCP), and the mysterious SCP Foundation, And Vincent, a scientist who finds Dan amusing. Connor, marked by living, eye-shaped tattoos across his body and possessing immense, dangerous powers, has a complicated history with the Foundation. Once captured and nearly killed by scientists, he destroyed those who tried to control him and now moves with a singular purpose: to protect Danny.Through tense encounters and revelations, Danny learns that Connor’s loyalty has always been to him, not to anyone else—including Charlie, the mutual friend who had once deemed a datable figure for Connor.
Soon after he meets the foundation, he meets his proxies.
