Summary
Kunigami doesn't like London. Kunigami doesn't like the Tube, the bland food, the rush-hour traffic, doesn't like the taste of English syllables on his tongue, doesn't like feeling small and overwhelmed by all the people, cars, smog, and skyscrapers in a city that will always see him as a stranger. Kunigami made his way to London because London chose Chigiri, and Chigiri loves London. Chigiri loves London enough to stay here after retiring from soccer, to go to university for Literature in London and build a career in sport journalism with one of UK's biggest television channels. The media has also mostly forgotten about Arsenal's Red Panther from Japan, now a phantom of the past, and Chigiri Hyoma finally gets to be just Chigiri Hyoma, just another stranger in a big, bustling city.

Something is probably off with Rensuke's delivery, because he can feel Hyoma giving him The Look. Uh oh. Poorly-timed rescue. Actually, probably one that wasn't needed at all.
Good news: Rensuke's blunder goes unnoticed. Koyuki greets him with a smile, warm and bright. "So you are Rensuke! We've heard a lot about you."

Thirty hours was enough for Sylvain and reinforcements to ride nonstop from Gautier to Fhirdiad on horseback. Thirty hours should’ve been enough for Sylvain to process what happened—Kingdom Army’s hasty retreat from Fraldarius, casualty minimized with Margrave Gautier’s sacrifice. When Sylvain rushed into a makeshift tent at a far corner of the Fhirdiad base and was greeted by the sight of his father’s bloodstained cape draped over a human-shaped something, thirty hours, as it turned out, was nowhere near enough.

Something crystalizes in that moment. Kazuma watches as Ryuunosuke methodically rids himself of his uniform jacket and discards it on the floor, undershirt following close behind. He draws his hands around Kazuma’s waist and begins tracing insistent little circles into his side as he lies beneath him, flushed down to his bare chest, grin half-giddy and all wanting, the most magnificent thing Kazuma’s ever been lucky enough to hold. He stares up at Kazuma with white-hot expectation, and in the dim light of that tiny room his eyes shine just as brightly as they had in court. What before the trial had been nothing but a half-formed desire now sharpens into need, and pierces Kazuma straight through. He feels it in his lungs, a mortal blow— the words pool in his mouth, and spill out like blood:
“Come to England with me.”
Ryuunosuke blinks. “What?”
