“Okay,” her new friend says, calm in every way but in the content of her next statements. “I don’t actually belong in the Good Place. All that good person shirt that Eleanor and Tahani said I did? Fran's mouth drops open. After a beat, she closes it and taps her temple with a forefinger. “You know. I knew that. It makes whole lot more sense.”
