Summary
Morax is a dragon-qilin hybrid. That is what the dragon who finds Morax comes to the conclusion of, following long hours of staring at his little geo arms. After all, no other species has that distinct cloud-like fluffy fur.
Morax just thinks that all this emphasis on who gave birth to who and who fathered who nonsense is too restricting.
In which Zhongli is an (actual) dragon-qilin hybrid, and it changes quite a bit.
(PS, I messed with the timeline a bit.)(Please ignore any inconsistencies like I did when I didn’t do any research before starting and then it was too late).
(LISTEN I KNOW ZHONGLI WAS THE PRIME ADEPTUS BEFORE THE ARCHON WAR BUT PLEASE FORGET THAT FOR A MINUTE WITH ME!!)
(yall i messed up the timeline soo bad here, its not even funny. Lore-readers, please. Have mercy on me)

Summary
Zhongli did not know if he was making a mistake. To take in one so young, one not of Liyue. Little did he know, that this young dragon would morph him into a better ruler, a better partner, a better father. He could never regret his little raindrop, even if the day came, that they were separated, even if they no longer spoke.
Neuvillette would always be in his heart.

Summary
Zhongli.
That name sounded right. Fitting. It eased him back into himself, comfortable like a well-worn suit. He sagged in his chair with the weight of it, relieved.
Yes. He was Zhongli. Consultant of the funeral parlor. Citizen of Liyue. He was...
Human.
...right. Of course. What a strange thing to think. Of course he was human. What else could he be?
Zhongli erodes, little by little. It's a rock, a hill, a landslide.
And then it's nothing at all.

Summary
The crystal called Dragonfall, the same rock used to craft his eyes, was formed with each collision of elemental energy from the two dragons. They were historians who recorded memoirs of the past and present and would keep them for the days that would arrive with spring in the future.
“Then, can I entrust you to remember me as I am now? When erosion comes for me, can I ask you to remember the man named Morax and put an end to the beast that I would become?”
“I understand, my friend. Let the moon be a witness to this exchange of words tonight and may the wind carry this will in the future.”
—----------------
Erosion takes his closest friend first and it falls on Azhdaha’s shoulders to subdue the mad archon and remember Morax through himself, through the eyes of a dragon, by preserving his memories in a Dragonfall.Bookmarked by backpack_romance

Summary
Cyno points past them. “Sumeru City is approximately that direction. Port Ormos lies further south. And…” He squints toward the cliffs breaking away from the Chasm. “Gandharva Ville.”
Collei takes a step closer to the edge, trying to see past the branches. Not too close, in case her legs give out on her. Cyno clearly has the same idea, because he moves beside her, standing far enough for comfort and close enough to catch her if she should fall.
“Gandharva Ville?”
“Home to a friend of mine,” he explains. “The most intelligent person I’ve ever met, and I grew up at the Akademiya. Perhaps you’ll meet him someday.”Following the Black Fire Incident, Collei and Cyno make their way towards Sumeru. They may not be so different after all.
