Akutagawa e Atsushi si detestano - gli sguardi pieni d'odio che il Serpeverde lancia quotidianamente ad Atsushi non lasciano spazio a dubbi... o forse sì?
Intanto: Oda ed Ozaki sono l'equivalente due genitori circondati da bambini pestiferi, Chuuya e Dazai non meritano il ruolo di Prefetti (ma meritano sicuramente il primato per la quantità di guai che creano), Tanizaki fa del suo meglio, Dazai complotta a danni di tutti e Oda è stanco e si pente di ogni singola scelta che l'ha portato ad essere un Caposcuola.
