Harley lay sprawled across the bed with vines coiling tightly around her wrists and ankles, pinning her helplessly to all four corners. She knew any attempt at escape would be futile. Still, she had other ways of getting what she wanted.
"Red," she murmured, her voice laced with a hint of desperation. She shifted slightly, testing the bonds, then spoke again, her tone turning more urgent, more pleading. "Red, please."
Ivy stood at the edge of the bed, her eyes gleaming with a hint of disappointment. "I warned you," she reminded firmly. "Now you have to face the consequences."
