In this story, Cirilla is the elder daughter of Caroline Forbes & Niklaus Mikaelson & the elder sister of Hope Mikaelson. Stolen at birth by their enemies trying to stop an ancient prophecy to come to pass. It is here, in New Orleans that she has now return of her own accord. Alone. Sadly, Yennifer didn't make it through the portal with her.
As for Geralt, he's stuck a whole universe away, unable to reach Ciri till he finds another to open a portal between their worlds. Which is easier said than done. As Ciri is the only one who has such a power. The only one who can end the divide between their worlds.
More than that, Cirilla may no longer be the person Geralt knows when they reunite. That, and her true name isn't Cirilla. Her name is Falka Mikaelson and she's the original tribrid.
