Summary
Eighteen years after the events of "It: Chapter 2" Richie has a young daughter - Felicity Tozier. Grappling with the events in Derry, Richie struggles with alcoholism, as Felicity is often forced to care for him. Hiding their queer identity (and a girlfriend!) Felicity is desperate to find out what happened all those years ago in Maine.

As Mike dares to look closer, secrets begin to surface, and it falls on him to expose them. All whilst he tries to fulfil his reason for returning to the orphanage — to save William Byers.
