Adaptation to Makoto Shinkai's movie, Your Name (kimi no na wa)
Giyu made a promise to Tanjiro in his past life.
Now he lives in Tokyo as a college student with no memory of that promise.
Tanjiro, on the other hand, spends his days with his role in the Temple and his family tradition, in a small mountain town away from the city.One day by destiny or divine intervention they begin to wake up in each other's bodies. As they try to understand what is happening, memories from one lifetime ago will come back, along with feelings that were always there, buried in their hearts, and the realization that, perhaps this is not the first time they have met.

Or another fic where Giyu and Tanjiro are fated mates and moving through it is difficult in their situation, because destiny is chaotic. Feelings are difficult and navigating with them is often even worse.

Izuku will realize that the boy he once admired has changed and will want to find out the reason behind it.
