Cassie's eyebrows quirked, knowing by her tone exactly what Samira was asking with that question that would have been innocuous to anyone else listening. Not that she would have turned her down anyways, but scanning her coworker up and down, it certainly seemed like Samira was highly in need of this tonight. Whether this was a particularly healthy coping mechanism, Cassie wasn't sure, but it was definitely far better than most she'd indulged in herself in years past.

“Your plan to earn my forgiveness…was sex,” Mark says slowly.
Chenle gives a nervous giggle. “Y-yes?”
For several long, terrible seconds, Mark just regards him in all his nakedness, looking at him up and down, cold and calculating, like he’s debating the best way to rip him to shreds. Then— “Okay.”
Chenle’s ears are deceiving him. “Okay?”
“Okay,” Mark repeats again, voice completely even. “Hands above your head.”
Chenle screws up, but he's got a grand plan to earn back Mark's forgiveness.

Mark Lee falls in love with his whole body, Chenle has come to learn this— he knows Mark doesn’t know where to stop, how to stop, what his limit is. Head first or feet first, it never matters, because in the end, he’ll throw himself into the water, fully submerged in a matter of seconds as his weight keeps pulling him down. Mark says I love you like a plea, like a prayer, like there’s an oxygen mask shoved in his face and the only way he can access the contents of the tank is by saying I love you again and again.
Chenle wants more than anything to let himself latch on to Mark’s praise, soak it in and pretend Mark means it the way Chenle wants him to mean it, but his mind can’t help reminding him that half of those are Chenle faking it until he makes it, the other half a result of being so fucking gay for Mark, it’s on another level of humiliating. Mark falling for the act is supposed to be a good thing, and yet all Chenle feels is crushing disappointment in being Mark’s “ideal man” and still not being enough for him.

Jeno slouches down so he can lean his head against Chenle’s shoulder, his leg hooks around Mark’s ankle. “Do the thing.”
Chenle looks down at him, takes another hit, and then says, just soft enough for the three of them. “Lean up,” his fingers lift Jeno’s chin slightly and then Chenle leans forward, taking one quick hit before coming even closer, blowing smoke into Jeno’s mouth. Their lips don’t touch, but Jeno goes slack, eyes fluttering close.
Chenle moves away and pushes delicately on Jeno’s jaw, so his mouth closes, willing Jeno to hold the smoke in. It escapes through Jeno’s nose, and then his mouth as Chenle leans back. Jeno falls back on Mark, looking up at him and blinking. “You next?”
Mark thinks he might love Chenle.
