“No, Danse, it’s too distinctive, it’ll draw attention.”

She gripped his forearm, looking him dead in the eye. Danse was startled by her expression, all at once heartbroken and furious.
“Danse, I will make it up to you. Please. But we have to go. Now.”
She stepped away, and he missed her already.
