When Shouyou and his boyfriend finally have a break from their often divergent schedules in their respective foreign leagues, they spend most of their days side by side, savouring each other’s company. However, pressing company calls in the form of Natsu’s wishes.
In which Shouyou and Tobio arrange to spend (and survive) a day with their sisters, with beach volleyball, being like a second skin to Shouyou now, another tether that tightens the bonds between this family.

As the warmth in Hinata’s chest hits its highest he blurts out in a breath "You’re beautiful, Tobio, so beautiful" Hinata is smiling but it’s of the more soft and saccharine kind that leaves Kageyama utterly breathless himself, pupils blown wide to cover his irises just like Hinata’s.
Kageyama is rendered speechless, it’s not like Hinata never praises his looks but it’s whenever Hinata does it in such an achingly sincere way that it leaves the king melting all over.

Shirtless and free, Hinata reaches up with his right hand and slips his index and middle fingers inside the top of his left compression sleeve, ready to pull it down –
“No.”
Hinata halts at Tobio’s sudden command, eyes flicking over as a curious eyebrow ticks up. Tobio licks his lips again.
“The compression sleeves stay on.”
Hinata continues to watch him, and slowly, his other eyebrow raises.
Tobio leans in, until they’re inches apart. “I won,” he reminds his partner, voice starting to crack from how low it’s getting. “I get to decide. The compression sleeves stay on.”
