Ukai’s eyes flare wide. Even in the orange light that drains them of color, Ittetsu can make out the adorable darkening of Ukai’s ears and track its bloom over his cheek, down the side of his neck.
“No. I-I’m. I’ve only been with women. I only like women.”
Ittetsu hums thoughtfully. He purses his lips. Visibly, Ukai struggles not to look at them. He holds Ittetsu’s gaze with the desperation of a man scrabbling for purchase on a cliff’s edge. Ittetsu smiles.
“Have you ever thought about it?”

Summary
The invitation, which Steve had received almost three months ago, is for a wedding. His childhood friend, Wanda, is getting married, and even though they haven’t spoken in years, Steve had still been pleasantly surprised to find that she had invited him to attend the big day.
The only problem is that Steve doesn’t really want to go.
If Wanda’s getting married, that means Brock is going to be at the reception as well. Brock Rumlow, who is is Wanda’s older, considerably more promiscuous step-brother, and coincidentally also Steve’s ex-boyfriend...When Steve's social anxieties makes him spiral into near-panic at the thought of attending his ex-boyfriend's sister's wedding by himself - single and alone - he turns to his best friend for advice. Bucky's solution is just as comforting as it is crazy, but damn it, Steve never could argue with Bucky's logic. And really, pretending to date his best friend shouldn't be all that hard.

Summary
John Marston is ambushed by the Pinkertons and dies in 1911 after hunting down all his old gang members, not getting to finish the happy life with his family. Why then does he wake up in 1899 on Colter with Javier and Arthur rescuing him?
It seems fate, or a more malevolent force, has given John a second chance and now he has to live among his familial ghosts as he figures out how he can fix it this time. But, people are getting concerned by his new behaviour- what's there to expect from a 39 year mind in a 26 year old body? Or more importantly, what's there to expect from a hardened man forced to live next to everybody who betrayed him?
THIS IS JUST MY EXCUSE TO WRITE RDR 1 JOHN MARSTON, THE LOML. I wish the Van der Linde gang could have seen what a fucking force of nature he became- both as a mature man but also the fastest gunslinger in the west. Took down the rebellion in Mexico and all of Micah's gang in the mountains without batting an eye: he deserves MORE CREDIT.
I'm not sure where I'm going to go with this because it's been a while since I've played either game but I hate mischaracterising Marston. If anybody has any advice, let me know.
