Realistic slow burn, with earned intimacy:
Beginning four months after the events of the game (after a near-Perfect Ending), Laura, acquitted with the others of the Hackett Quarry carnage, is struggling with the psychological and emotional fallout of everything she went through last summer while the others are starting to move on.
