Summary
Scar, a member of a notorious Celestial bounty hunting team comes across the bounty of a lifetime: the last known Watcher in existence. Only, the Celestial isn’t as much of a threat as he originally thought- in fact, he’s rather sarcastic and charming. But Scar’s coworkers are desperate to claim the Watcher’s head as their own, and he must find a way to keep the Celestial alive and out of the public’s knowledge. Unfortunately, subtly has never been Scar’s strong suit…

“When was the moment you fell in love with me?”
Zhongli turned his head in the direction of the voice, peering at Childe out of the corner of his eye. “Pardon?”
“When did you realize you were in love with me?” the harbinger clarified. He was sitting next to Zhongli on a bench, leaning back and legs kicked out in front of him. The two of them had taken a stroll through Liyue Harbor, spending the day shopping and enjoying the bustle of the city, hand-in-hand and laughing as they went. They chose to sit on a bench near the docks and watch as the sun set over the ocean to end their day, the dying rays of light turning the water a glittering vibrant orange.
The Geo Archon narrowed his eyes as a small amused smirk turned his mouth upwards. “Hm? What in Teyvet had you thinking of that?”

Summary
I’m laying on the ground with my face in the dirt and my left leg falling asleep. I groan at the pins and needles and open my eyes—only to be assaulted by a bright light that sends a surge of pain shooting to my pounding head. Gingerly I push myself up and away from the earth and sit back, relishing the returning flow of blood to my foot. I squint as my eyes adjust to the light and press two fingers to my temple in an attempt to lessen the pain in my head.
I can’t remember why I’m in a forest.
