Summary
Steve is a Canary - an army volunteer who's sent into potentially dangerous areas to find out how bad it is. (If he lives, they'll send in real troops. Canaries are disposable.) He's sent into a compound rumored to house the Winter Soldier - they figure either it's empty and Steve returns, or he'll get shot and they'll know where to attack. The Winter Soldier has no interest in killing such an obvious non-threat, but he's not going to let him leave, either.

Summary
When Coach Wiebe suggests that Luca Haas should move in with Ilya for a while, as both of them seem lonely, Ilya nearly loses his mind. Not only does this mean he will see Shane even less than before, but it also means that the Centaurs have realised that Ilya's mental health is suffering. The worst part is that when Ilya tells Shane about it, Shane actually supports the idea, saying that it might be good for Ilya and Luca.
Turns out it's the second-best thing that has ever happened to Ilya.

Summary
He glances down to the word ‘LOVE’ at the bottom. It’s too loud, too harshly written. Alex doesn’t feel harsh or loud. He feels a lot, so much it’s overwhelming sometimes, but the edges are soft, not hard. There’s a glow around it, something hazy and barely tinted gold, and Alex feels like if he could reach out and put his hands near it, they would warm up like they used to when he stood in front of the old brick fireplace back home.
He glances at ‘LOVE’ and then loops back around to ‘HENRY’.
Maybe, Alex thinks, hands shaking, they’re one in the same. Whatever the fuck that means.

When June gets sick, Alex knows he'll do whatever it takes to make sure she gets the care that she needs. Even if that means convincing his nemesis/sexuality-crisis-inducing/clandestine hook-up partner/somewhat of an actual friend to pretend to be his soulmate in order to pull it off. It's both more and less complicated than it sounds.

Bucky Barnes is a dancer down on his luck. With an old injury in danger of flaring up at any moment, and a stalled career, he just wants his life back on track. Years of icing his feet, counting calories, the rap of a switch on the back of his calves, and he still has something to prove. At least compared to his best friend. Then again, Bucky’s been chasing Steve's heels since they were kids.
Steve is the top principal in their company, and the greatest dancer to come out of America in the last ten years. It's no wonder he has his share of admirers. For years Steve’s fans have respected the boundary between personal and public. It was only a matter of time until someone stepped over the line.
Or the one where dancers all along the California coast are dying in suspicious circumstances. The only connection between all of them: Steve. Meanwhile, Bucky fights tooth and nail for a lead role in Peggy’s new ballet. And he’s willing to do anything to have it.
