Summary
Sam, Dean, and Cas are investigating a string of murders committed by patrons of the Iris Lounge when Dean suddenly realizes he can no longer control his feelings for Cas. Sure, Cas has been sharing his grace with Dean for a long time, and sometimes they just like to lie in bed together - but they've never gone further than that - until Dean just can't stop himself.

Summary
Sam and Dean went after a coven, and Dean got thrown into a wall for the hundredth time, which caused him to get covered in some green slime - Nickelodeon style.
The magical goop manages to do something even Famine himself couldn't: get Dean to outwardly crave his innermost desire. Dean is gonna be stuck with flu symptoms until he admits what that desire is and goes after it.
